We supply, install and commission Seakeeper gyro stabilisers on motor yachts, including Princess, Sunseeker and custom vessels.

Our retrofit installations are fully engineered in-house, including structural mounting, electrical integration, cooling systems and commissioning. We regularly install Seakeeper units during refits as well as upgrades for owners wishing to eliminate boat roll and improve onboard comfort at anchor and underway.

How it Works

Inside a vacuum encapsulation, a flywheel spins at speeds of up to 9,750 rpm. When the boat rolls, the gyro tilts fore and aft (precesses), producing a powerful gyroscopic torque to port and starboard that counteracts the boat roll.

Recent Seakeeper Installations

PR Nautica regularly installs Seakeeper gyro stabilisers as part of refits and upgrades on motor yachts from 40–100ft. Installations include structural foundations, electrical integration, cooling systems, control calibration and sea trial commissioning.
